Directions: From the intersection of AL-64 and AL-101 in Lexington, go west on AL-64 for 2.2 miles. Property will be on both sides of AL-64.

Directions to Auction Site: From the intersection of AL-64 and AL-101 in Lexington, go north on AL-101 for 0.2 mile. Turn left on Albert Brewer Drive and take the first right on McGuire Lane to Senior Center on the right.

Real Estate: This 115± acres is the former Malcolm Davis farm and lies just outside of the Lexington city limits. The property offers an abundance of road frontage on both AL-64 and CR-67 and is predominantly open farmland.
