Directions: From the intersection of AL-64 and AL-101 in Lexington, go west on AL-64 for 2.4 miles. Turn left (S) on CR-67 and continue 0.9 mile to property on left.

Real Estate: This farm lies just outside the Lexington city limits and one mile south of AL-64. The farm is mostly fenced and was formerly used as a cattle operation. Tracts 1 and 2 consist primarily of open pastureland with some woods. Each of these two tracts front 329± feet along CR-67. There is a small barn located on Tract 1, as well as a drilled well and septic tank. A pond is located on Tract 2.
